“Data processing” includes any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction (Art. 4 Comma 2 EU Regulation 679/2016). - The information systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during their standard operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit to the use of the Internet communication protocols. Although these data are not collected to be associated with identified individuals, by their nature they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify users. As a consequence, the mere access to this website implies the acquisition by the manager of information and data concerning the user. Entering data in the information request forms or application forms is optional because these data are collected by the owner to improve the performance of their activities. The refusal to provide such data could make it impossible to send any information of an organizational, technical and commercial nature, and thus to obtain the service or information requested.

Such third parties shall be located in Italy or in any other country belonging to the European Union. Furthermore, such data may be shared with third subjects entrusted by the Controller with the maintenance of the website and under the Controller’s surveillance.
